Privacy Policy
Draft for Daniel's review. This page restates privacy statements already shown on the live site. It is not a lawyer-drafted policy.
Operator: SquiresCanCode LLC. Site: https://www.squirescancode.com/
1. What we already tell visitors
The site banner states: You are protected. SquiresCanCode and AIProSuite do not sell your data. This site does not file job applications for you.
2. Payments
Paid access and ebook checkout use Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe according to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. AIProSuite does not ask you to type card numbers into a Heartland form on the public path (Heartland is not the active public provider).
3. Account and usage data
If you create or use an account, chat with agents, or use voice features, the service may store the data needed to run the product (for example access grants, chat content used for the product features described on the site, and basic operational logs). Exact retention periods are not fully spelled out in the public pages yet and should be confirmed by the owner.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
What we collect. We do not collect personal information, so there is nothing to delete.
Email addresses. We do not keep customer email addresses.
IP addresses and device identifiers. IP addresses and device identifiers are used solely for ban enforcement. They are removed once a visitor is offline or no longer a ban concern, except where a ban requires it, and except the hardware fingerprint the Security Suite license uses to lock it to one machine.
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights regarding personal information about you:
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and why.
- Right to delete personal information we hold about you, from any source.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information.
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.
How to exercise your rights. Email [email protected] with the subject “California Privacy Request” and tell us which right you are exercising. You do not need to create an account. We will respond within the time required by law.
Global Privacy Control
We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. It is applied automatically, with no extra steps. When GPC is detected, our optional page-engagement measurement is turned off for your visit. Chat and payments continue to work normally.
Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information
We do not ask for sensitive personal information and do not use it to infer characteristics about you. Please do not enter financial account numbers, health information, precise location, or other sensitive details into chat. To ask us to limit the use of any sensitive personal information you may have shared, email [email protected] with the subject “Limit Sensitive Personal Information.”
Automated Processing by AI Agents
AIProSuite uses AI agents for automated processing, including generating chat answers and making access and timing decisions (for example, tracking the free trial period and unlocking paid access after a completed payment). AI answers can be inaccurate or incomplete, and access decisions follow fixed rules about time and payment status. These decisions do not determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, education, or health care. To request human review of any automated decision affecting you, email [email protected] with the subject “Human Review Request.”
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
