Draft for Daniel's review. This page was added so marketing pages can link to Terms. It only restates facts already shown on the live site and in the checkout code. It is not a lawyer-drafted contract.

1. The service

AIProSuite provides specialty AI agents, related features (including auto-learn and live web search while access is active), ebooks, games, and downloadable clients as described on the site. Features may change.

2. Access offer (from live checkout code)

Visitors get a 5 minutes free to try it. Then a one-time Stripe payment of $1.50 unlocks 24 hours of access (plan key mobile_day / amount 150 cents / 24 hours in the site code). Checkout is created with Stripe Checkout mode: "payment" (not a subscription). The site code does not configure auto-renewal for this day pass. Other listed plans (for example Business or Enterprise seat packs) may appear in the app; those prices are shown in the app UI.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Heartland is not the active public payment path on this site.

3. Refunds

The site source code does not define an automated refund policy. For purchase questions, email [email protected]. Stripe's own tools may apply for cardholders according to Stripe and your card issuer.

4. AI and content

AI outputs can be wrong, outdated, or incomplete. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial, career, or educational advice. You must verify important information. You are responsible for how you use outputs. The site does not file job applications for you and does not sell your data (see also the Privacy Policy and the on-site protect banner).

5. Downloads

Android APK and similar downloads are provided as-is, without warranty. Sideload and install at your own risk.
